Baker Chiropractic and Acupuncture, LLC believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets, regardless of your insurance coverage.

We do not accept health insurance, but will give you all the information needed to submit to your plan yourself. Individuals in need of our services who lack insurance and who are worried about the high costs charged by many other clinics need not worry. We have affordable rates allowing access to high-quality care for you and your family.

Our office policy is to have our patients pay at the time of visit.  We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, American Express and FSA/HSA cards. 

So how do I find out how much of your services are covered under my health insurance?

We are an out of network provider for health insurance due to the significant cut in fees they require most Doctors to take as well as the additional staff required to process the insurance claim.  However, this allows us to pass that savings on to YOU!

To see how your insurance may reimburse you, you'll want to look at your OUT-OF-NETWORK benefits for Chiropractic Care.  This will clarify what is covered.  We highly recommend that you call your insurance provider to confirm your out-of-network benefits and also ask if you need a prior authorization.

Many people now have $50 and $60 copays for Chiropractic, so there is not much of a difference between what your copay is, and our standard Chiropractic office visit charge.

We schedule 15 minutes with each patient for an Adjustment only, 30 minutes if you are scheduled for an Adjustment and CranioSacral Therapy, and 45 minutes for Acupuncture, which is a significantly longer amount of time than many Chiropractors spend with each patient

We have many patients who continue to return for care, even if we are not on their plan, because they appreciate the extra time we take with them.

We also validate your parking with your visit, so you don't have to worry about that additional expense either.  

What if I have a Flexible Medical Spending Account or Health Savings Account (FSA or HSA)?

You can use your FSA/HSA account at our office to pay for services.  If you have a debit or credit card linked to your account, you can use it just like a credit card, and money will come directly out of your account.  Some patients will have to pay up front out of a personal account and then sent a receipt in to be reimbursed.  We will happily provide you with the proper documentation for your FSA/HSA account.

Health on a Budget

At Baker Chiropractic and Acupuncture, LLC we're convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it.  The last thing we want is for you to wait to come to our wellness center in crisis. So please, we would like to encourage you to take your health very seriously.  As the old saying goes, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything.  Unfortunately, too many people don't discover how true that statement is until it is too late.

Medicare Patients:

At this time we are no longer accepting new patients that have any form of Medicare insurance.  

We are a non-participating provider for Medicare.  We are not providers for Medicare HMO or PPO plans either.

Medicare only covers "Medically Necessary" adjustments.  It does not cover Exams, Consultations, Maintenance Care Adjustments, Acupuncture, CranioSacral Therapy, Total Body Modification, Supplements, Orthopedic Supplies, or any service other than "Medically Necessary" Chiropractic Adjustments.

If you are an established patient, please text the office number to schedule your appointment or ask a brief question.  If you have extensive questions or need to send us lab work or other forms, please send us that through the patient portal at onpatient.com


Our first available new patient appointment is the week of 12/03/18

The office will closed November 8-13th while Dr. Baker is attending a conference.  

We do have a cancellation list for New Patient Appointments so if an appointment opens up sooner, we will be happy to see you at an earlier time.
